California State Treasurer Fiona Ma and William & Stephanie Foundation has conducted a webinar to promote various new incentive programs which the State of California offers.
William & Stephanie Foundation was established to assist underserved communities of all ethnicities. Their founders, Daniel and Ling Sieu, come from a long history of community development. Since the pandemic, William & Stephanie Foundation has worked closely with State Treasurer Fiona ma to help with business development of the previously underserved communities.
