On 12/11/2023, William Stephanie Foundation and Lendistry hosted the “Latest Real Estate Programs Training Workshop” in City of Carson, CA. This hybrid workshop featured keynote speaker Hon. Fiona Ma, CPA, California’s 34th State Treasurer, Ms. Francine Castanon, HUD-Certified Homebuyer Educator of Ventura County Community Development Corporation, and Mr. Daniel Sieu, Chairman of William Stephanie Foundation.
In this workshop, our audiences learnt about valuable insights into various programs for first-time homebuyers and landlords. Specifically, our guest speakers discussed the California Dream For All First-time Homebuyers Program and County of Los Angeles Rent Relief Grant Program.
