On 04/22/2023, California State Treasurer Fiona Ma and Chairman of William Stephanie Foundation, Daniel Sieu, were invited to attend to the 27th Annual Estrella Awards in Anaheim, CA. Representatives and community leaders from Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Diego counties attend this event and support the Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (OCHCC)’s overall goals of advancing the Hispanic community.
