On Wednesday, the 22nd, WSF hosted a Disaster Resource Guide launch event with

California State Treasurer Fiona Ma and CIF

in Altadena, one of the areas most severely impacted by recent wildfires.

During the event, we distributed over $650,000 worth of relief supplies to affected residents and first responders, including:
– 200 solar generator storage units
– 2,000 household chargers
– 200 heaters, masks, gloves, and other essential supplies
– 200 sets of back support clothing for firefighters
We were honored to welcome representatives from the SBA Disaster Assistance Program, Los Angeles Assessor’s Office, California State Treasurer’s Office, FEMA, Altadena mountain resource team and other organizations, who provided valuable recovery resources and support to those in need.
