On 4/26/2022, William Stephanie Foundation and California State Treasurer Fiona Ma partnering with Monterey County Business Council (MCBC) co-hosted a business webinar on Zoom. The webinar is called “Money for your business”, and the purpose of this webinar is for the business owners to learn how the new Building Business Back program could help businesses in Monterey County to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic. Mr. Daniel Sieu, Chairman of William Stephanie Foundation, and Mr. Andrew Anson, founder of Idea<DRIVER, elaborated on the IRS Employee Retention Credit (ERC) program, which is a refundable federal payroll tax credit designed to encourage businesses to retain their employees through COVID-19.
