On 09/17/2022, Mr. Daniel Sieu, Chairman at William Stephanie Foundation and Representative for Hon. California State Treasurer Fiona Ma, was invited to the 2022 WORLD MADAM USA Press Conference and Autism Benefit Concert. On behalf of Hon. Treasurer Ma, Mr. Sieu gave certificates to the hosting organization (World Madam Foundation) and recognized their philanthropic contribution to the autistic children as well as their families, which are part of the underserved communities.
